Our Neapolitan Herb dark balsamic vinegar is made from traditional herbs used in Neapolitan cuisine including, rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic, and sage. Use for dressings, marinades, or BBQ. Drizzle over cucumbers, tomatoes, or over roasted vegetables. Use to marinate poultry, pork or steak before grilling. Brush on bruschetta or pair with creamy cheeses.
Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
