Dark Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Our Dark Espresso dark balsamic vinegar aged is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. This condimento makes a fantastic glaze or barbecue base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee. Try drizzled over fresh berries or ice cream.
Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
