Cayenne Chili Fused Olive Oil
(SPICY!) This Tunisian olive oil is made by crushing 12 pounds of fresh, whole, ripe cayenne chili peppers for each gallon of 100% organic extra virgin olive oil. The oil and fresh chili peppers are fused for two hours before decanting and filtering. The result is “Chili-Head Heaven”! Cayenne Chili fused olive oil will be an essential spicy ingredient for all of your North African recipes! Your BBQ’s will never be the same. A great marinade for roasted lamb, chicken or fish. Wonderful for harissa, couscous, seafood, relish and salsa!
